Are you using photoshop? Most people make there title screens in that as the program can do just about everything.
Haha I created mine in Sony Vegas, its a video editing program, but its got so many effects you can use it to mess around with pictures too xD Didn't turn out to bad either. You could always ask someone to make one for you.
But Infranview is a godsend with keeping quality pretty high. Try it.
